افتراضي Guide steps for the new Muslem

1- For a Muslim, every action begins with your intention. Quietly, to yourself, make the intention to embrace Islam as your faith.

2-Say the following words with clarity of intention, firm faith and belief:

"I bear witness that there is no deity worthy to be worshiped but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and messenger."

To become a Muslim one must simply pronounce the Shahaadatayn (Declaration of Faith) with sincerity and conviction. The Shahadah can be declared as follows:

"LA ELAHA ILLA-ALLAH MOHAMMADAN RASUL-ALLAH" ( translated above in black)

    LA : NO

    ELAHA: GOD

    ILLA: EXCEPT

    ALLAH: ALLAH

    MOHAMMADAN: MOHAMMAD

    RASUL: MESSENGER OF ALLAH

3-Take a shower, symbolically cleansing yourself of your past life. (Some people prefer to shower before making the declaration of faith

    above; either way is acceptable)

Important basics you have to perform and to learn after being a Muslim:

    (1)

    Pray "Salah"

    LEARN YOUR PRAYERS

    To Perform Salah (Prayers)

Muslims perform five prayers a day. Each prayer does not take more than a few minutes to perform. Prayer in Islam is a direct link between the worshipper and God. There are no intermediaries between God and the worshipper. In prayer, a person feels inner happiness, peace, and comfort, and that God is pleased with him or her.
Prayers are performed at dawn, noon, mid-afternoon, sunset, and night. A Muslim may pray almost anywhere is assumed to be clean such as in fields, offices, factories, or universities…

Having cleansed yourself by Wudu, you may proceed to perform Salah. Wudu is a ritual cleansing. Before you begin your Salah, however, you must make sure that you have a clean body, a clean place to pray, and that you are wearing clothing free of impurities.

The minimum clothing required during Salah is:

    A. For males: Any clothing that covers from the naval to the knees. It is preferable to cover the shoulders.

    B. For females: Any clothing that covers all of the body (including the head) except the face, hands, and according to Imam Abu-Hanifah the toes and a portion of the front of the feet.

How to Perform Wudu "ritual cleansing" before you

    giving your prayer:

Prior to entering Salaat (prayer), the person is required to undertake a certain purification procedure known as "Wudhu" without which, the person's prayer would not be acceptable in the sight of "Allah.

Wudoo is using clean and cleansing (Tuhoor) water upon certain body parts as Allaah has prescribed and explained.

Please follow up the video to perform Wudhu:

    How to Perform Salah (Prayers)

Please follow up the video to perform the prayers:

Prayer timings vary throughout the globe and slight variations from day to day due to changes in daylight hours.
There are five obligatory prayers which are performed at five different times of the day.

1 FAJR PRAYER (The Morning Prayer)
It is the first of the five obligatory prayers of the day. It starts at dawn and ends at sunrise. Thus it can be prayed between these points. But it is best to pray at the beginning of its time (i.e. just after start of dawn)
2 DHUHR PRAYERS. (The Early Afternoon Prayer)
It starts when the sun begins to decline from its zenith and ends when the size of an object's shadow is equal to the objects size.
3 ASR PRAYER (The Late Prayer )
It starts when an object's shadow is equal to the objects size and ends when just before sunset.
It is better to pray Asr before the sky becomes yellow (even though it is allowed to pray at such a time) because the Prophet ( peace be upon him) disliked Muslims praying at such as time and. He remarked that the the Munafiq (Hypocrite ) offers his pray at this time.

4 MAGHRIB PRAYER (The Sunset Prayer ) .
Its time begins just after sunset and ends when twilight has just disappeared

5 ISHA PRAYER (The Night Prayer )
It starts when twilight has disappeared and ends before midnight

Before starting the prayer, a person should perform Wudhu
    (ablution) as illustrated above.

However if a person has had a wet dream or sex then they should perform Ghusl.
Ghusl should also be performed at the end of a women period of menstruation has ended and at the end of 40 days after childbirth (unless the bleeding stops before completing the 40 days period, then she must make the Ghusl as soon as the bleeding stops).
Ghusl in Islam means the bathing of the entire body with water.

Muslims are allowed to eat the Halal "permissible" meat of animals such as cows, sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, and deer
Muslims are not allowed to eat Haram (forbidden) animals such as pigs and reptiles, flesh of dead animals and blood and the flesh of swine, wild animals like lions. Cats, dogs mousse. Houses, donkeys
Prophet Mohamed (peace be on him) states also that:
"forbade the eating of any wild animals with a canine tooth and of any bird with talons."
An animal must be slaughtered while it is still alive. This method of slaughtering is called ‘Dhabiha’; it ensures that no blood is left in the meat before it is eaten. Because of this some Muslims choose only to eat meat that comes from a Muslim butcher.
Also, under Halal" permissible, Muslims cannot consume any alcohol, even if it was used to prepare food.
